1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. Once payment is complete, your spot is reserved and a booking reference and redemption code are issued.
2. Cancellation Window
- You can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable.
3. No-Shows
- If you do not attend a booked session (a "no-show"), you will be charged the full booking amount.
- Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
4. Partner-Cancelled Bookings
If a partner cancels a booking, you will automatically receive a full refund.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days to appear.
