1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NXTMove Club app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account, browsing offers, or booking a class or session through NXTMove Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a class or session through NXTMove Club. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. NXT Move's Role
NXTMove Club operates as a marketplace that connects customers with independent fitness partners (such as gyms, studios and personal trainers). Partners are responsible for delivering the sessions they list. NXTMove Club is not liable for the quality of any session or for venue conditions. Issues with a specific session should be raised with the partner and, where relevant, with our support team.
4. Bookings & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment through our payment provider (Stripe).
- Once your booking is confirmed, you receive a booking reference and a unique redemption code.
- Present your redemption code or QR pass at the venue reception to check in.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe; NXTMove Club does not store your full card details.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows
Cancellations, refunds and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. By booking, you agree to that policy, including the 12-hour cancellation window and the no-show terms.
6. Your Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or by email. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
